Email support@infinitpms.com. Tell us the email address you sign in with, the listing it is about, and what you saw. A screenshot helps. Please never send your password.
Signing in
- Forgotten your password? Use reset your password and we will email you a link.
- If you use two-step sign in, you need the code from your authenticator app, or one of your recovery codes. If you have lost both, email support from the address on your account.
- The phone app uses the same email, password and two-step sign in as the website.
Accounts, team and plans
- Accounts are created on this website: sign up. The phone app cannot create an account.
- The account owner invites the rest of the team from the website. People with view-only access can look but not change anything.
- Plans are explained on the plans page. The phone app sells nothing and has no in-app purchases.
Your data and closing an account
To close your account and delete its data, or for any other privacy request, email legal@globaltechdevelop.com from the address on your account. The privacy notice explains what we keep and your rights.
