Infinit Pricing

Privacy notice

Last updated: 4 November 2026

This notice explains what personal data Infinit Pricing handles, why, who we share it with and the rights you have. It covers the website at infinitpricing.com, the web app, and the Infinit Pricing phone app.

1. Who we are, and who is responsible for what

Infinit Pricing is run by Global Tech Develop Ltd (company number 16250551), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (number ZB912706).

  • For the people who have an account and for visitors to this website, we are the controller. This notice is our explanation to you.
  • For the data about your listings and bookings that you bring into Infinit Pricing, you are the controller and we are your processor: we handle it for you, only to provide the service. Infinit Pricing is not built to hold guests' personal data (see below), so there is very little of it. The terms are in the data processing section of our terms.

2. What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address, and your password (kept only in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the password). If you switch on two-step sign in, we also keep its secret (sealed) and recovery codes.
  • Your plan and billing: your plan, when a trial or paid period ends, and the invoices we issue to you.
  • Your team: the names and email addresses of people you invite to your account, and their roles.
  • Your listings: each listing's name, postcode (turned into a position on the map), your pricing rules and settings, calendar nights, prices we suggest and the ones you approve, your own events and notes.
  • Bookings read from your connections: dates, status, number of nights and totals, so prices can respond to occupancy. We do not keep the guest's name. Other booking details (such as door codes) are not kept either.
  • Connection keys: the keys you give us to link Uplisting, Infinit PMS or Bookalizer, stored sealed (encrypted).
  • Search signals from your booking site (optional): if you set it up, the dates and number of guests searched, and whether it was a search or a quote. No names, emails or IP addresses.
  • Private report links: if you create a report link for a property owner, we keep the link and which listing it shows. Anyone with the link can read that report, so share it only with the owner.
  • Use and security: when you last signed in, and short-lived records used to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
  • Emails: we email you to confirm your address, for invitations and password links, and, if you switch it on, a weekly check-in.

3. How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To provide Infinit Pricing (your account, suggested prices, sending approved prices, emails and support): needed to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep the service secure and working (sign-in checks, limiting abuse, fixing faults): our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
  • To keep records the law requires, such as our invoices: our legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with (our service providers)

We do not sell personal data. We use these providers. Some are optional and are used only when you or we switch them on.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosts Infinit Pricing on a server in London (eu-west-2), sends our emails through Amazon SES, and keeps copies of our backups in a private Amazon S3 bucket in London when that is switched on.
  • Uplisting (when you connect it): we read your homes, calendars, prices and bookings from your Uplisting account with your key. Sending prices back is not switched on by default.
  • Infinit PMS and Bookalizer (our sister products, when you connect them with your own key): prices and availability pass between us.
  • postcodes.io: turns a listing's postcode into a map position. Only the postcode is sent.
  • Event and weather services, when switched on: Ticketmaster, Skiddle and PredictHQ (events near a listing) and the Met Office (weather). We send them the approximate position of a listing and dates, never your name or guests' details.
  • Public data we download: GOV.UK bank holidays, Inside Airbnb open market data, football fixtures and public event information. We only fetch from these; we send nothing about you.

We may share data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example to prevent fraud. Our servers are in the UK. If a provider handles data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you ask us to close your account and delete its data, we will, except anything the law requires us to keep, such as our invoices. Our nightly backups are replaced over time.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data;
  • correct data that is wrong;
  • delete your data, or limit how we use it;
  • send your data to you or another service in a common format;
  • stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests.

To use any of these rights, email legal@globaltechdevelop.com, or write to us at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would like the chance to help first.

7. Cookies and browser storage

Infinit Pricing uses only what it needs to work, so no consent is needed. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

  • __Host-pulse_session: keeps you signed in. Scripts on the page cannot read it, and it lasts up to 7 days or until you sign out. (On a test copy of the site it is called pulse_session.)
  • pulse_signed_in (browser storage): a marker saying you are signed in, so the site knows whether to show the sign-in page. It holds no personal data.

8. The Infinit Pricing phone app

The app is another way into the same account, so everything in this notice applies to it too. It adds the following:

  • Staying signed in: the app keeps a sign-in token in the phone's secure storage, only while the phone is unlocked and not copied to other phones. Signing out removes it.
  • No tracking: the app has no adverts and no analytics, and does not use your camera, microphone, contacts or location. It sends no notifications.

9. Keeping data safe

Every connection to Infinit Pricing is encrypted (https). Passwords are stored only in scrambled form, connection keys are stored sealed, one account cannot see another's data, repeated sign-in attempts are limited, and two-step sign in is available. Access to the servers is limited to the people who run the service.

10. Children

Infinit Pricing is a business service for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and its date, and tell account holders about important changes by email or in the app. Our terms of service explain the rest of how Infinit Pricing works.
