Infinit Pricing

Features

What Infinit Pricing does for a UK short-term rental business.

Prices that explain themselves

Each night's price is base price × season × day of week × holiday or event × lead time × gap or adjacent nights × occupancy, held between your minimum and maximum. Open any night to see each factor.

Night forecast

A dashboard of the coming nights with expected demand, the extra income if suggested prices are used, and what needs a look today.

Review and approve

Every waiting price change is listed with its reasons. Approve, skip or undo. Big changes are flagged. Autopilot can be switched on per listing, with an emergency brake.

Holidays and events

School and bank holiday boosts for each listing's nation, events near your listings with a suggested boost, and your own events with a percentage change, minimum price, fixed price or minimum stay.

Local market

Comparable homes within 1, 2, 5 or 10 km: price quartiles, booked share, ratings and local minimum-stay patterns, from open market data for London, Edinburgh, Bristol and Greater Manchester.

Side by side with another tool

Compare Infinit's suggested prices with the prices another tool, such as PriceLabs, gives for the same nights.

Owner reports and weekly check-in

A report your property owners can read, and a weekly summary by email.

Connections

Uplisting (reads your homes, calendar and bookings; sending prices to Uplisting is not switched on yet), Infinit PMS and Bookalizer (approved prices are sent back using your account's own key).

Infinit Pricing does not scrape Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or Vrbo. Start the 30 day free trial or see the plans.
