Terms of service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Please read these terms before you use Infinit Pricing. They are written to be clear, so there is no small print.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Global Tech Develop Ltd (company number 16250551) for using Infinit Pricing. By creating an account or using Infinit Pricing you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or over, and give accurate details.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Plans and the free trial
The plans, what each includes and the prices are on our plans page. Prices are in pounds sterling, per listing, before VAT.
A new account gets 30 days with everything switched on, and no card is needed. When the 30 days end, the account moves to the Free plan unless it has moved to a paid plan. The Free plan shows suggested prices but does not approve or send them.
4. Paying for a plan
- The paid plan is charged per listing a month, at the prices shown on the plans page when you start.
- We issue invoices, and you can see them under Plan and billing in your account.
- If a period is not paid for, the account may move to the Free plan until it is.
- We will tell you before any price change applies to you, so you can stop first if you wish.
5. Cancelling
You can stop a paid plan at any time by telling us at legal@globaltechdevelop.com. Your account then moves to the Free plan and your listings and settings stay. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Prices are suggestions that you control
Infinit Pricing works out suggested nightly prices and shows the reasons. Nothing is sent to your booking system until you approve it, unless you switch on autopilot for a listing, which is your choice. You stay responsible for the prices you set and send, for your minimum and maximum limits, and for your bookings and income.
Suggestions come from rules, calendars and open market data. They are estimates, not promises of income or occupancy, and they are not financial, tax or legal advice. Check them before you approve.
7. Services you connect
You can connect Infinit Pricing to services such as Uplisting, Infinit PMS and Bookalizer with your own key. Each is under its own terms, and you must have the right to connect it. We do not scrape Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or Vrbo. Market data comes from open sources such as Inside Airbnb, GOV.UK and others listed on the Data sources page, and may be incomplete or out of date.
8. Your data
Everything you put into Infinit Pricing stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service. You are the controller of the personal data it holds for you, and we are your processor, as the data processing section below sets out.
9. Using Infinit Pricing fairly
You must not use Infinit Pricing to:
- break the law, or mislead guests about prices;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or rent out Infinit Pricing itself, or the market data in it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
10. The service
We work to keep Infinit Pricing available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example for maintenance. We may improve or change features over time. If we stop a feature that is part of a paid plan you are on, we will tell you first.
11. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost income, and our total responsibility to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us for Infinit Pricing in those 12 months.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Infinit Pricing at any time, and ask us to close your account and delete its data by emailing legal@globaltechdevelop.com. What happens to your data then is set out in the data processing section below.
13. Data processing (UK GDPR Article 28)
This section applies to any personal data of other people that you put into Infinit Pricing or bring in through your connections, for which you are the controller and we are the processor. It forms part of these terms. Infinit Pricing is not built to hold guests' personal data and does not keep their names, so this is mostly limited to your team members' details and any personal details you type into notes or names.
- What we do: we store, show, send and delete that data as you use Infinit Pricing, for as long as your account is open.
- On your instructions: we process it only as these terms and your use of the service tell us to, unless the law requires otherwise. If we think an instruction would break data protection law, we will tell you.
- Confidentiality: the people who can reach this data for us are bound to keep it confidential.
- Security: we use measures suited to the risk, including encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, sealed connection keys, separation of each account's data, limits on sign-in attempts, optional two-step sign in and backups.
- Sub-processors: you agree that we may use the service providers named in our privacy notice. We will tell you before we add or replace one, by email or in the app, so you can object. We make sure each is bound by terms that give the data similar protection. Services you connect yourself are your own choice.
- Helping with requests: if a person asks us directly for their data, we will pass the request to you, and we will help you answer requests and meet your duties on security, breaches and impact assessments, as far as we reasonably can.
- Breaches: if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will tell you without undue delay.
- Ending: when the agreement ends, we will delete your account's data or return it to you, as you choose, unless the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups are replaced over time.
- Checks: we will give you the information you reasonably need to check that we follow this section, and allow audits on reasonable notice, at your cost and without harming other customers' data.
- Outside the UK: our servers are in the UK. If a sub-processor handles data outside the UK, it is under the safeguards UK law requires.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell account holders about important changes by email or in the app before they apply.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
